  1. You need 2 of Potatoes.
  2. Provide half of Chopped onion.
  3. Provide 1 of Green chillies.
  4. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  5. Take 1 tsp of Pomegranate seeds.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander leaves.
  8. Use as required of Ghee/ Refined for frying.
  9. Get 1 cup of Wheat flour.

Steps to make Aloo Paratha:

  1. Take a bowl, Add boil potatoes..Mash the potatoes..Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt and pomegranate seeds.Combine well.
  2. Now in another mixing bowl, Add wheat flour, salt and gradually add water to knead a soft dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Take a medium size ball from the dough. Place few tsp of potato stuffings on it and roll like a chappati.
  4. Heat a pan, Place Parantha on it and apply ghee on both sides of it...Cook it from both sides until crisp and golden...
  5. Serve hot with fresh yogurt, Tea and Butter😋.
