- Also add ginger garlic paste, crushed chillies, turmeric, coriander powder,Amchur powder and salt to taste..Mix it well....add water gradually and make a soft dough....give it rest for 15 minutes..
- Now make(lua) equal portions of dough and roll it with the help of Roller and pin...roast it on a tawa...pour some oil on it. Make muli ka paratha..
- Now make all the paratha one by one and serve it with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup...
