The ingredients needed to prepare Mooli Paratha:
- Use 1 of Reddish.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- Provide 3-4 sticks of Coriander.
- Get 1 pinch of Ajwain only.
- Use as required of Whole wheat dough.
- Provide as per taste of Chili optional but it's taste good if added.
Instructions to make Mooli Paratha:
- Make a dough with whole wheat flour. Wash peel and then grate reddish.
- In a plate chopped coriander leaves mix with salt,ajwain, chili.
- Sequeze grated reddish as it contains natural water which helps to cure many health issues,so you can use that left over liquid as per choice..
- Now mix all ingredients together.
- Take a small portion from a dough and roll like a chapati. Now add handful stuffing..
- Now fold all the sides to cover stuffing. Or you can make other chapati and keep that on it and bind both chapati as shown in pic.
- Now heat your cooking plate and cook it from both sides till half cooked thn apply desi ghee.on both sides and cook fully.
