  1. Take 250 gm of Leftover tadka daal.
  2. You need 200 gm of Wheat flour.
  3. Provide 4 tsp of oil.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine daal, wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead properly.

  4. On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear.
