  1. Take a wheat flour in a bowl add pinch of salt and then add sufficient water,Mix well and Knead a soft dough,then cover it and set aside for 20 minutes...
  2. In another bowl add paneer,onion,green chilli, cumin powder, ginger, corinader, chaat masala and salt(as per taste) and mix well.
  3. Now take small portion of a dough make it round shape and stuff the portion of prepared mixture, and seal it completely and make a nice ball,sprinkle some flour on it and roll the dough into a paratha..
  4. Heat the tawa, add the paratha onto the tawa,once itis cooked from one side,flip it on other side apply ghee and cook it till golden brown.
  5. And Ready to eat Serve with curd and green chutney and butter.
