  1. Take 200 grams of Rice(Arborio).
  2. You need 1/3 of White Onion.
  3. Prepare 4 grams of Saffron(powder&pistils).
  4. You need 1 1/2 liter of Boiling Water.
  5. Use 3 tsp of Homemade vegetable stock.
  6. Use 2 of Partridges.
  7. Get 4 of Pigeon breasts.
  8. Take 2 clove of Garlic.
  9. You need 1 of Sprig of Rosmary.
  10. Get of Pink Himalayan Salt.
  11. Get of Olive Oil, extra virgin.

  1. Dissolve 4grams Saffron in the stock(1 1/2 lt boiling water plus 3 teaspoons of Homemade Vegetable Stock).
  2. Flame on the stove partridges wash and dry them.

  6. Deglaze with the boiling stock.
  7. Add the Arborio rice and toast it for 7 minute.
  8. Add the Yellow stock, cap the pot for 8/9 minutes.
  9. Take the lid off and check the cooking rice.
  10. Put a pan on the stove and fry slightly Pigeon breasts for 9/10minutes.
  11. After that time add partridges and cook for 5 minutes all together.
  12. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!!!!!.
