Take Iron Concave Deep Tawa or Pan for frying. Heat 1 or 1/2 Tbsp Oil in Concave Deep Tawa. Place Poli over it. Gas should be on medium flame. Spread egg mixture evenly on Poli and fold all four sides one after one with the help of a spatula..
  4. Cook both side on medium flame. Add Oil as required while frying. Do the remainings paratha in similar ways..
