  1. In a large saucepan Gently fry the onion and garlic in the Olive oil until transparent but not coloured..
  2. Add Pasata, herbs, chilli flakes and sugar, stir gently..
  3. Add water and tomato puree, stir again, add Orzo, stir, bring to boil, cover with lid, reduce to gentle simmer..
  4. Cook for 15-20miutes, stir occasionally. Check Orzo is cooked..
  5. Remove from heat, allow to stand for 5 minutes, do not remove lid..
  6. Stir, sauce should coat back of spoon. Season with salt and pepper(to taste) Serve with Greek bread..
